Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return your Bilyvia FullMode AFM/DFM Disabler for a refund for any reason. Both your return request and returned items must be received within the 30-day period to qualify.

To start a return, contact us at support@bilyvia.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Returned products must include the original device and packaging when possible

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged
You received the wrong item
There is a defect or issue with your order

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

1-Year Device Warranty

In addition to the 30-day money-back guarantee, every Bilyvia FullMode AFM/DFM Disabler is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

If your device stops working properly within 12 months of delivery, contact support@bilyvia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Replacements & Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your device for a different bundle size, contact support@bilyvia.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

We allow one exchange per order
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If your requested bundle is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund
Price differences between bundles will be charged or refunded accordingly

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

Unused or in like-new condition
In original packaging with all accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@bilyvia.com.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact support@bilyvia.com first to receive return authorization instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
