Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free US Shipping on orders over $50
Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
Standard US Delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch
International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on destination
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or local postal issues are outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, contact support@bilyvia.com with your order number.
Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@bilyvia.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
